WELCOME
Building long-term capability begins with curiosity.
This strand of my work focuses on using science, technology, and big ideas as catalysts for family learning, community engagement, and regeneration.
It is rooted in two connected frameworks: The Practical Utopia and The Far Horizon Project.

Projects may include:
Future-focused community learning sessions
Family science and technology workshops
Intergenerational discussion forums
Regeneration initiatives built around curiosity and skill-building
The aim is simple:
Use compelling ideas — from AI to space travel to future technology — to spark confidence, agency, and long-term thinking.
The Practical Utopia explores how intentional collaboration and structured thinking can strengthen communities without waiting for perfect conditions.
It asks:
What can we build, here and now, with the tools and people available?
The Far Horizon Project uses accessible science and speculative thinking as entry points for deeper engagement — particularly in communities where traditional learning pathways may feel distant or abstract.
By leading with curiosity rather than instruction, it opens space for capability to grow organically.
